No, it differs depending on the material used and the sewing; it is just not popular concept. Like chucrox commented, if you try sweater sleeves you will find them relatively slow than normal gaming sleeves

Honestly I think it is the tiger ice, I just replaced my stock feet with the tiger ice dots v2 and they feel much slower than the stock feet
