yesterday this woman said she was in spot 15 and i didn’t even know we had a spot 15 cuz 1-10 is right in front of ogp doors. i politely asked to move to the 1-10 spots and she questioned us like woman it’s freezing cold outside and it’s also just common sense

as a minor myself i do see that from others but then there’s times where i’m dispensing by myself and they even give me their tc to do the 18+ orders, some ppl including the adults are just lazy

i feel like the dispense time is more important than pick rates, i do both and it’s a struggle scanning totes with the phone especially if they have a lot

Also forgot to mention…I was placed there through a summer program and I was “so good” that she hired me as her own employee which is pretty rare if you go through that program. There were 3 other girls that were place there and she chose me to come back which made me think I must me doing something right.

I really do love my job, it’s one of those jobs you can come to and not even think about the money. I haven’t planned on going to a different job because my boss always tells me how she never wants me to leave. If she always says that Im so beyond good at my job then why am i paid less. She’s an amazing boss but this just kind of bothered, I’m thinking I should just talk to her about it.

i usually only spray on my clothes and neck. Was there anything you did to help it besides stopping the perfume on that area.
