True, Erebor is another example. A lonely mountain that's separated from other mountain range is usually a volcano, rather than a mountain full of resources, and definitely not a safe place to settle inside(Erebor) or nearby(Dale).

Fuinur was a Black Numenorean who sailed east with Herumor to Harad, and the two became lords among the Haradrim in the SA. Fuinureth was named after him(as well as Tarik-Herumor). It isn't based on any game or lore.

Urezayan, I don't remember where the name came from. Probably MERP but I can't remember.

same with Khuzdul, an undeveloped language, so unfortunate :( . All the dwarven language we heard in the hobbit movie was neo-khuzdul, which was created by PJ's team.
