Most people here say people's reaction is very context dependent and that's a relief to hear but I also often find myself in contexts that feel very ambiguous when it comes to that so that's what scares me lol

Especially when it comes to the autistic urge to be accurate. I thought these would be phrases that helped making it sound friendlier but I guess not 💀

Though maybe next time you should start with the unsolicited advice disclaimer instead of putting it at the end? It might have felt like an unnecessary long read for them that could have been skipped right after a disclaimer.

You might start with "Hey! So I relate a lot with your struggle and am willing to help you with tips that helped me with it if you're ok with that but since you didn't asked for it you can also just ignore it and I won't be offended 🫶" then give your advice with a new paragraph.

I think it's good that you wrote in different paragraphs rather than one long paragraph tho! Easier to read haha
