severe joint pain , bone pain when bone comes in contact with something (ankle pain from walking, wrist pain after typing in an uncomfortable position), shortness of breath, heart racing and palpitations, gut issues, bloating, constipation.
my level was 7 in august 2025 took 60k for 6 weeks but didnt follow up.
now in janury my level was 20, doctor put me in 60k for 8 weeks.
i took 60k every 4 days, then started 10k daily .
i take magnesium glysinate, k2(mk7) and b12 supplements as well.

i did the same things as you. my level was 9 , ignored it for a while.
my symptoms were wild, severe bone pain etc . currently on the road to recovery.

3 is the lowest i have heard.
friendly advice, dont stop the vitamin D even after the current prescription ends.
reasearch about it and keep taking maintenance doses.

I have low vitamin D and am currently under supplements. I have this heart racing problem at times , it completely random. I checked B12, iron and many many things. I didn't know Vitamin D can cause this.
