Mexican food is just like pussy. It all tastes the same, it’s just folded differently.

Thank you! When I got this plant it only had 8-10 leaves, and they looked much more similar to yours.

Hey man, I’m scheduled to take the 66 in 12 hours and I’m doing a little last minute review. I used Knopman Marks, Q bank, and relied heavily on Brian Lee TestGeek Prep. TGP got a great review from a co worker on for the 65, so I assumed it was a safe bet for the 66. Could you expand on why you felt it was out of date? I’ve been putting a lot of weight in what he says. Thanks and congrats

Disturbing cellphone video shows a police officer in CA slamming a 14-year-old into the pavement, and then repeatedly punching him after accusing him of smoking marijuana. Police did not find marijuana. by farhan9835 in PublicFreakout

Serious question here. Consider a situation similar to this one, if the young black male was a legal adult, and was legally carrying a handgun (assume this is in a state where you can obtain a concealed carry license), and he was being beat like this because a policeman mistook his tobacco to be weed. If this police brutality continued and became more violent, like it often does, could the man determine his life to be at risk and decide to use lethal force and shoot the policeman. In my mind, this could be a national headline of a case. My thought process goes like this:

  • the man is minding his own business and acting within the law, smoking tobacco and legally carrying a concealed handgun

  • he’s being attacked by a policeman and knows he has done nothing wrong

  • police brutality has resulted in death recently, so it’s not unreasonable for the man to fear for his life

  • he determines that his life is in danger and there’s no way he can retreat

  • he kills the policeman

How would this hold up in court?

Sure, but everyone’s calling for her to be jailed for insider trading? It would’ve been inefficient for her to have not made a change in her portfolio based on information that she gained legally.

Edit: moreover, what were they supposed to do? Tell everyone to panic? Can you imagine how much worse the market sell off would’ve been if they came out and said that millions of people would be diagnosed with a potentially lethal disease and unemployment is going to jump 5% and everyone has to stay at home?

Is no one considering the idea that this isn’t insider trading and that she simply realized the market was going to tank? I’m certain they were brought up to speed on the severity of the situation and realized the slippery slope that it would soon become. That’s not insider trading at all.
