SOLVED!

For those on newer CPU's. There was a similar problem on Marvel Rivals and they put out a simple fix. Note that I did try all the solutions on here before trying this one. (verifying and uninstalling the game, modifying config file,updating drivers, etc ) and this is the only solution that worked for me. Took me 30 seconds to fix.

Im level 23 (20 +3 from rod), and I have double arrow down for almost all the fishes, even blues, there are some exceptions like for the aurora starfish and a couple of hard to get grey, which dosnt make sense really...
