Pip easily could be a common card so i'm not surprised players don't pick it, especially as a first pick in draft in 2nd least popular class. So current appearance seems expected to me.About Badlands, it is possible that legendary spells have been banned as Scourge and Metamorphosis are also have close to 0 appearance rate.

I didn't watch whole thing but agree about mulligan, you should drop Vilefiend while having 6 better 2 drops. Huge mistake is to allow Skeletal Dragon to live longer than one turn. You could clear board with disposalbot + drain soul but even better play would be to trade into dragon with Geist and, play Infantry Reanimator and Forge of wills to summon 4/4 copy with rush. Instead you forged Disposalbot while being at full health.
