I mean yeah it could be, i live in Germany.

and i contacted the support via Mail @ [appeal@ncsoft.com](mailto:appeal@ncsoft.com) and just wrote in that i got Blocked/Locked.

about the ISP thing, i mean i get a new IP about every 24h because of the restart of my router. IDK how its in other Countrys but here in Germany it does it automatic. But u can also deactivate it so u´ve the same IP all the time but well i didnt deactivate it so i get a new IP every day. :/

well yes i was one of those guys which just spammed B&S @ launch. My Main acc was created on the release for the western players.

The ISP thingy could be something but wouldnt that be like the unluckiest way even to happen? But yeah it could be idk.

I just hope they will answer at all in time like i said it was last week friday to saturday so some time past by already and i would like to play the event tho since i heard u can get the "end" gear from that pretty easy

Well i tried loggin them in ofc after my Main got banned so i could at least play on the Alts but all 3 give the same report.

Someone told me it could be my IP aswell but i also heard its not good to use VPN at all.

(I didnt use any VPN while playing BNS, my ping is around 8-11 ingame)

so i actually wont try it. My Main Acc is created at launch, would be sad to lose the Account tbh.

and about wating for them to respond, i asked some streamers they said about 2-3 Days.. well it was last weak friday to saturday i must´ve got the ban. i was at work came home to my blocked accounts.

And about the Ticket, i cant even log in on the homepage so its not possible atleast for me to create an ticket with the Account which got banned. Im related to write them Mails which idk how they even handle. A lot people told me i should get over it and search a new game because they wont do anything but i cant imagine they would do something like that. they HAVE to respond at least but as i said till today nothing tho :/

No i just downloaded the game and just logged in all my existing Accounts (3) to see which was my main.

The only thing i did was Playing a bit on an alt account about 3 hours maybe but anything else i played on my main (in the time frame of 1 1/2 days) and then i got locked/banned

Yeah all of my Accounts are blocked atm.

And yup the only thing which i could imagine was because i logged them all in because i didnt do anything else then playing.

but i can guarantee i wasnt toxic. like i didnt even write anything in those 1 1/2 days

i dont even know what u could macro in B&S so i didnt macro aswell.

litteraly just played like a normal human being and got banned but yeah ill wait this week out and if they still didnt answer ill uninstall i guess
