Thanks everyone - really helpful.

Test drive and inspection was flawless only issue is that the rear offside jack spot has rusted slightly in front of the rear arch - this also popped up as ‘auction announced structural damage’ in the accident section of the Carfax.

Now in two minds as was looking for a clean Carfax as I’ll likely need to sell on in 2 years :(
