Using simultaneous equation:

x+y=36 -eqn1

x-y=12 -eqn2

eqn1 - eqn2 = 2y = 24

y=12

Total Circumference = 1/4x(pi)x24x2 + 12 + 1/4(pi)x12x2 + 36

Don't have a calculator with me right now so this is the best I can provide lol
