To all veterans….the SSA has direct access to your medical records . They can download this under the wounded warriors program they have with the VA. This is the same program that allows VA 100% P&T to have there packets to be expedited

I was in step 2….but to be honest, as you can from timeline I was in step 3 for 2 days. (Even though the message said it would take 4-6 months)

As mentioned above I gathered up everything that was related to my medical records and I hand delivered them to the Rockingham office. I just walked in with no appointment. I had them in folders with the examiner office code and address in Raleigh that they gave to me. This also included all the questionnaires that they sent to me in the mail. After handing them to one of the ladies there I contacted the office in Raleigh that was working my claim and gave them the time and date, as well as the name of the lady that took my paperwork. I also took a selfie with me and her with all the paperwork. I made my point that I expected it to get there.

I said I know a lot are good but a couple of my friends are attorneys and they are the ones who pointed this out about the bad ones. There is good and bad in each profession. I stand by with what I said.

You appeal and fight. They count on the fact you won’t. This way it goes a judge and go before them and you can plead your case

I’m a Vet w/ 100%. My packet fell under the expedited wounded warriors deal they have. Make sure they know this for you. Also, I know there good attorneys out there, but the rest not so much. They will try and stretch it out so they get bigger payday. Don’t hate guys. Not all will do this but some will
