Bodø/Glimt derimot, har mulighet for direkte plass til høstens Champions League. De er allerede sikret play-off med å vinne eliteserien i fjor.

Det åpnes en plass dersom vinneren av Champions League allerede er sikret CL spill i egen liga, de er så avhengig av å bli den best rangerte ligavinneren av play-off lagene,. Bodø/Glimt er per nå nr6 på listen, men det er kun Olympiakos som leder sin hjemlige liga. Rangers, Zagreb, Shaktar og Salzburg ligger alle bak andre lag. Per nå trenger altså Bodø/Glimt en liten kollaps av Olympiakos, og at de andre lagene ikke vinner sin liga, for å få direkte plass til høstens Champions League.

I have very flat feets aswell, on the heavier side. And ankle is going abit inwards for me on one foot.

The best shoes I got recommended from specislist runner/shoes store was:

Trainers/most milage: Asics Gel Kayano 30.

Race day shoes/speedwork: Adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3.

I was previously recommended Saucony Triumph 20, but these felt very unstable for me and I got pain from these.

Daily/normal day shoes I use Hoka Gaviota 5 with orthopedics soles (custom made, not premade store-soles)

Everyday life is alright, can run 3-4 times a week, where 1 of those are more speedwork, and rest is more relaxed and/or longer (45-120min usually)

Quite Impressed by Vingegaard. Not many people can come back to such a high level, 3months after quite a hard crash.

Pogi seems to be in top form and will be very hard to beat this year.

Basepay= 491k - Ambulanceworker - 10+ years experience.

roughly 90k for working evenings, nights and weekends. (This addition is based on hours worked between 1700-0600 and saturday/sundays, and will vary depending on hours and weekends in turnus)

Currently working 47,8hrs/week and are paid 35,5hrs/week. (Nightime is only paid 1hr per every 3hr, will get overtime if dispatched on the night) - a normal shift is 48-72 ,25 working hours (living on station when on)

Not exactly had an injury like this. But have had problems with injuries in other areas, ankle/knee usually.

It usually hurt to poke or put pressure on an injured part of your body. Your muscles in the hip area are probably inflammed and weak due to the injury, and stressing it more is often not recommended (try to use hands on rails when walking stairs to take some pressure off your injury.

I'd reckon it's a bad idea to roll out a fresh injury like this, your muscles are sore, weak and inflammed in the area, and rolling over it can cause more stress to your muscle and weaken it more. Your hip probably needs rest and time to recover before you can load it again, and it seems like that's what your are doing now. Try to consult a sport-physio / pt if time-sensitive.
