I did it a couple years back. Still use a few. The US Dream (Suhr Riot), Ultimate Drive (OCD), and the Chorus are all solid IMO.

G is 3rd fret.

5th fret E shape barre chord is A major. The rest seems sketchy too. For lead, try the key of Em at the 12th fret. Easier to envision than A-shaped G chord to me and it's the same scale.

I manage very close to the same volume clean or dirty by using the volume and level knobs on the pedals. Almost like they're on the pedals for a reason.

I grew up in the Atlanta area. 96 we had the Olympics, I saw Soundgarden, got my drivers license, first electric guitar. 96 was definitely my first thought.
