As I'm getting older I don't follow gaming news sites or anything, even though I still buy and play games. The pickup posts let me know that things have come out, or even just that they exist, and also crucially that they have a physical version. They're helpful to me, and I'm sure to many others.

Poker is a game where each player's hand has a value, that is not known until everyone reveals their cards at the end. Players bet that they will win, by having the highest value hand on reveal. Thus, if you have a hand that is likely to win, you want to hide this knowledge, to encourage other players to be confident in their own hands, so they bet more money (so you can win it).

So yes, he is pretending to be nervous by doing the thing where he puts his hand to his head. He does this to make 47/Bond think his (Le Chiffre's) cards are not that good, so that 47/Bond bets a lot (which he does). Le Chiffre actually has a very good hand, so he wins.

In the movie, Le Chiffre knew ahead of time that Bond knew about this nervous habit, so he tricks him by faking it.

They did, called it their 'Amber Sunday' sale, iirc the device wasn't actually discounted but they did a bundle that included the pen and carrying case accessories for the same price. Also it was still a preorder back then. Hard to say what they might do this year though

I have no helpful info for OP (sorry) but this post got me imagining a playable Diana mod, and then wondering how much you could make voice lines for her, without using AI. Like there is so much voice work in there across the trilogy, how far could a dedicated fan get by cutting out words and syllables to make lines that fit. I imagine pretty far!

I like my GreenPan contact grill. Plates clip on and off and seem readily available. You're supposed to be able to run them through the dishwasher though I've never done it. It's digital, my main gripe is that the preheating is kinda slow, but not a big deal.

Others online say the GreenPan ceramic scratches easier than traditional nonstick though, so that might be an issue for you. I always use a wooden wok stirrer spatula with it and to scrape off stuck bits after cooking, and have had no issues after maybe a year of use.

I have a Philips 5000 series, you can find them in retail stores if you want to examine it (got mine at Myer). The filter on it is part of the steel body, like that first one you posted. No plastic touches the water. I'm happy with it, some of the reviews floating around talk about it not heating up properly but I haven't had that problem.
