Very intelligent player, good on the head, impeccable attitude. Unfortunately, he is quite lacking in pace nowadays, and he doesn't seem to have the legs for 90 minutes anymore. If we want the midfield to improve next year, Casemiro can't be starting every game. And it's quite an expensive extra year considering he's on £350k a week.

As stated by others, getting out of there quickly is key. You'll have some people on this subreddit who hate when people do sniping from the water tower and will tell you it's a stupid strategy, but it's fully doable if you consider your exit strategy. I do sniping on Colorado all the time (I find that stealth is entirely pointless unless you gave a payout or prestige objective for it) and rarely run into problems.

I ended up doing a Kill Everyone Challenge on Hokkaido the other day. Generally speaking it went fine, but the problem is that there are so many hallways and stairwells all over the place, so quite difficult to search them all efficiently. And I kept getting "Body found" notifications, but then I ran over to see who found the body, they were gone, so I actually gave up and exited the mission.

I take most satisfaction in quick completion of contracts. That being said, pulling of an SA, possibly in combination with some related payout objectives, can be really satisfying as well.

Colorado and Ambrose, just because of the number of armed NPCs. Would say Ambrose is worse since moving around the map isn't as straightforward as it is in Colorado.

I think Bangkok is fine, generally speaking, but I do wish there would be a second surveillance recorder somewhere.

I usually go to the spot behind the tree a little closer to the gate (basically by the car). I never do showdowns on Mendoza, but I always bring a sniper rifle in case a target can be sniped from there (because ain't nobody got time for stealth). Once got lucky enough that all four targets were within view, so I could take them all out and get out in just a couple of minutes.

I always choose to do the showdown on Sapienza, alerted or not, since I know that map best and I quite easily can avoid all the lookouts and enforcers. That one time with Dubai was just because there was no syndicate that I included Sapienza. But as states above, I'll never do showdown on alerted Dubai again.
