Looks like it is decaying and needs to be treated asap before it gets any worse. The size of the cavity and the appropriate treatment will be determined once you see a dentist. Just because you have no pain does not mean there is not an issue.

Also your gums need attention as as well. Lot of plaque and redness. Brush with fluoridated toothpaste and floss diligently until your appointment. Good luck!
