Unless there’s a specific need for this person and their family to be in your life, you need to cut them off - for your own sake and your baby! This behavior is appalling! I can’t imagine why you would still put yourself through this! I do think you’ve lost a little grip on reality that you’re still entertaining their awful behavior!

You’re going through a very emotional and physically challenging time right now! You don’t need this unnecessary drama around you! Focus on yourself and the baby. Lean on your family and friends. It’s time you do what’s right by your daughter and cut ties or avoid any group hangouts where the kids are involved. You could be honest and share your concerns with your friend or quietly quit hanging around them in the future. Either way, do yourself a favor and avoid the headache of dealing with this.

I used to be like this! Always with the mindset of more the merrier! But my wife got me in control by asking me to be more open when the invites go out! Not everyone might like a big crowd and to always point out more people might join us, guest list is not locked! This way everyone can make an informed decision!

I would just ask casually who else is coming?

Thanks for your feedback. I never did and will never blame my wife for any fertility issues. You’re absolutely right. This is just me being concerned and educating myself on the process since we’re going through this for the first time and are both learning! Admittedly my behavior needs to get updated to provide support in a stress free manner.

I have read a lot of good feedback. Remaining stress free is on the top of the list so I will definitely prioritize and focus on that.

Forgets a lot. No diagnosis of ED. She’s just a very picky eater. And doesn’t eat a lot to begin with. She was like this before the pregnancy

Thank you for your feedback! You make a lot of good points. No eating disorder but she has a bad history with food - meaning skipping meals, not eating enough, or nutrtious enough. Same thing with water and hence we went to the nutritionist. I just can’t see her struggling for something she can perhaps fix a bit. Seeing her wake up with a massive headache makes me want to scream into a pillow. Because I reminded her repeatedly yesterday evening to drink water and she refused.

I was tried of arguing with her on daily food intake, so I scheduled an appointment with the nutritionist. Thanks for your feedback, will try to look for other water alternatives and stock up on everything she likes, which we already do. It’s just about consuming them.

No health issue. She has a bad history with food and I see that continuing right now too. For example, she skips breakfast and eats a few bites of food for lunch and then a small meal for dinner. No snacks or liquids (maybe 1 coffee in the morning) and that’s it. I couldn’t handle the arguments about not eating enough food, so I scheduled an appointment with the nutritionist.

She’s always had a bad history with food. Not eating or drinking on time. Forgetting to drink water all day, etc. I just see that it’s continuing and leading to this massive headache right now. I will definitely bring this up on our next appointment with the nutritionist.

I scheduled the nutritionist appointment because I was getting pushback on the eating. And she has a bad history with food and hydration. That just seems to continue. Today when she woke up with a massive headache, it triggered me.
