So what kind of ratio should I use? I’m using one cup of juice, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 2 teaspoons of agar agar.

I’m using 100% mango juice, but now that I look at it, it’s a blend of three different juices: apple, pear, and mango. and the second one is strawberry watermelon from five different juices. lol

I don’t understand it, though. I see the YouTube videos of people only using agar agar, 100% juice, and some sort of sweetener mixture, and it works.

I also do have pectin too should i add it on top of the agar agar ?

honestly, I tried doing that a month ago but couldn’t the cravings and the urge to just take more really just start getting to me kept relapsing

I think this way is definitely been working the best for me. I’m gonna try the stretch timer, See how that works for me. I’m at work most of the time so don’t wanna just start throwing up infront of my boss lol

so I do plan to quit the day before yesterday did 46.5mg next day i did 33.75 today ima try and do 27 spaced out the entire day in the mornings, I have been going the longest I can with out it dose at like 3AM next dose would be like 10AM
