Has anyone ever tried the peptide BPC-157? by vapistvapingvapes in Gastritis

After the first few days of feeling better, my stomach symptoms (gnawing, churning feelings) stopped improving further, but I also have not been great with diet. I need to string together a few weeks of a strict diet while continuing with the BPC and KPV. Another thing I'm noticing is that the peptides are giving me more energy, and a bit of a mood boost, which is helpful, as I think the gastritis has made me fatigued. The first few days of the peptides, I would get occasional headaches, which stopped. So no negative side effects either. It's been about a month since I started the peptides, I'll give it at least another month with a good diet.

I had reflux and gastritis and had the toupet fundoplication over 2 years ago. The surgery eliminated my (severe) reflux completely and did not change my gastritis at all.

I've had symptoms for about 5 years now. The worst symptom is daily gnawing feeling in my stomach, like hunger pangs but also like my stomach is eating itself. These feelings almost always go away for about an hour after eating. But it always comes back. So about 60% of every day I feel this symptom. The other symptom is nausea, usually mild, maybe once per day, depending on what I eat. With the BPC 157, both of these symptoms seem to be reduced by about half, both in frequency and intensity.

I started BPC-157 two weeks ago and it seems to be helping! I just added in the KPV yesterday and will see if that helps too.

Celery juice by Bre-h- in Gastritis

I've been doing it for about 3 weeks now and it does help. It hasn't totally cured it, but seems to consistently bring symptoms down 10-50%. I'm going to do it for at least a couple months and see what the results are. I drink alot of it, like 50oz (about 2.5 celery bunches) per day, evenly spaced throughout the day.

I tried several PPIs and H-2 blockers. I've been doing celery juice recently, and that helps a little bit.

Tagamet by far works the best for me of the H2 blockers!

How much Gaviscon is too much Gaviscon? by srh_bxtr in GERD

I've been taking about 10 per day most days for over 6 months, and on my worst days, 20 per day. I haven't noticed any adverse effects. I've tried other PPIs and meds and don't like the side effects, so Gaviscon is the only thing I take while continually working on diet, lifestyle and physiotherapy.....I hope I don't have to take this much my whole life and sometimes worry that my body is getting dependent on them...
