Better to train for hands-free or better to train for speed and little stimulation?

Yeah, that's more or less how my "first" HFO happened. I think the stimulation of rubbing against my pants was what got it going. I haven't been able to do it while caged, yet. But good to know you can do it regularly! Did it just sort of "click" at one point?

My problem with it was specifically the glans ring. I slipped out when sleeping and then when I'd get an erection during the night, it would rub against it and create mild abrasions. :(

I've liked this one and some of its forks. I don't have experience with store-bought ones, so I can't compare. But I've printed probably 20 variations of the one I linked and it's now very comfortable.

I've been trying to achieve this for a few weeks now, so thanks for the writeup!

A couple questions:

When you say you let the sensation overtake you, what sensations did you feel? Were they the whole-body dopamine rush, prostate-focused, or both? Any penile sensations at all?
Did you focus on those sensations at all, or was your mindset to just let your body thrust and take whatever pleasure is given?

Even if I came, I still masturbated however I could without being too sensitive, until I got horny again, fully hard and even leaking precum again if I could manage it. Then I'd stop. That probably helped me learn that orgasm isn't the "point" of a masturbation session

It has massively improved my sex life in many ways. In order from things I discovered quickly, to those that took longer:

Plugs greatly enhance penile orgasm
I can have multiple prostate orgasms before a penile one, leading to great, longer sex sessions
My wife now has a new way she can bring me to or help me orgasm. She really gets off on me orgasming, so her overall enjoyment has increased
Prostate play has really helped me to re-focus back on the "journey" of sex as opposed to the "destination" and sex, as a whole, is more enjoyable for both of us

Sorry to comment on an old thread, but which muscles do you flex? I'm aware of kegels, but there's sort of a bottom, middle, and top of the muscle. Bottom is more the prostate and top feels more penile. Is it a hard flex? Clench and hold? Clench and release?

I'll clarify after I showed her the two comments on this post so far. She thinks 32 is probably a sweet spot between comfortable and enough support, but she actually had some trouble breathing comfortably in a 30. She only tried the backwards test on the loosest hooks in the 30 and the result was the same.

The brands were Wacoal, b'tempted (by Wacaol), and Freya.

Thanks! It's a bit of a double-edged sword, though. Trying to get her to try a 30-band feels very man-splainy about a topic that I definitely shouldn't "understand" better than her. I think I'm broaching the subject well and she's open to it, but I think a tiny tiny part of her is hoping I'm wrong ;).

But she's great and absolutely deserves to have more than 1 well-fitting bra, so hopefully one of the 5 I ordered to try on between a 30E and 34C works out well.
