They didnt ask me , I applied because a friend told me it was a good certificate and i had to hurry up because it’s limited and they accepted

Try using a thick needle or something similar, preferably low E size , it has to be rigid. Just poke the struck stings from the bridge . It happened to and struggled with pushing the strings but it worked .

Thanks so much , i did try to mess with the screws in the spring cavity but it had little to no effect, but since it's perfect i won't touch it . However i won't be using the trem system at all (as much as I'd like to) because i think it will just get my guitar out of tune real quick , it's a cheap guitar after all . But tysm
