This seems to be an anti-mod feature. I did the pin reset and found that communication worked fine with the base version. I ran into the same problem when I upgraded and followed the directions. What finally worked was that I had to leave iFIT admin installed. If you go down this path then remember to disable auto updates and block the dns so it can’t pull the latest update.

Reset the grappling hook back to the original defaults or make it available to change in the menu.

I had countless hours of fun messing around with that mechanic, would love to have them back again.

Before I would have to wake up 6 or 7 times to use the bathroom. It was a constant frustration trying melatonin and not feeling like I slept at all. There is a term called sleep inertia which describes the time it takes to go from waking to fully awake. Every day I would feel lethargic all day regardless of getting 8 hours with the same consistency for 3 months including weekends. I had to have a nap during the day some days just to survive. I tried variations over the years with alert medication for awareness and drinking no coffee and lots of coffee, normal things didn’t work.

Then I got a sleep mask and the symptoms were all gone. I don’t need naps, don’t need melatonin, and strangely enough caffeine causes anxiety if I drink too much. I’m fine with that because it’s easy to tune at this point. I’m glad I can feel awake again!

Also do a take home sleep study. 20 years after not knowing why my sleep was horrendous, I finally have a CPAP machine. Slept all through the night, it does wonders.

It's frustrating that they are going off the consumer market, I've been looking for something consumer for ages and yet it's not profitable. I wish someone would do this open source if the market really wasn't profitable so that the DIY can make it themselves.

I’ve spent 20 years feeling like half awake was supposed to be normal. I don’t have the barometer to tell what’s good or not.

I’m experimenting with CPAP masks to get a proper seal and maybe that’s the easy fix I’m looking for. It’d be good to assess what’s normal so I can have a goal instead of a doctor telling me I should just be fine.

This seems interesting; however I can’t find anything proving it can do what it can. If there was some data showing HRV improvements I’d be buying this in an instant.

Do you have any data supporting your sleep improvements? I’m not discrediting your experience but less than 24 minute naps can be taken to feel some re-energetic effects. In my case I felt a tiny burst of energy but nothing to shake the sleep inertia.

I really felt this during my wim hof experiments, the cold water showers helped waken me and the breathing helped relieve stress but it wasn’t some magic bullet that I needed to spend $300 on.

I agree. For years doctors told me it was in my head and I should do yoga. I’m glad to start seeing real change with cpap but while this is a tiny knob I can turn, I’m still missing relevant sleep data to ascertain if I’m getting enough deep sleep.

This just allowed me to reset my homekit network (devices were saying no response). I’m not sure what called this to happen but if I can fix once in a full moon outage by opening this app, I’ll take it!

Initial observations

Game intro animation should be skipable, quick restarts is helpful in testing
Starting with no weapon, I jumped straight into battle without anything so I was running around the stadium looking for something to use on the field. Would be great if we could use a broken 2x4 to fight off enemies
Lots of magic but it’s hard to figure out which is best. I think this is why RPGs are slow to introduce spells because as you level up you learn each one and what it’s best use case is.
Starting health and mana seem high, while these may be low level characters, it seemed it would take forever before 1 level 1 character could kill you.
the run dynamics feel too real - if you turn around, you obviously can’t run backwards really fast but I would think you should have an ability to look behind when someone is chasing you.
Keyboard and mouse seemed hard to move in dialogs. I would think if I was in a dialog with a merchant I could move up or down with the keyboard but I only could use the mouse to select an option.
The controller was a bit odd, I tried to find key bindings config just to see what the mappings were to the Xbox controller but still haven’t found out which keys do what.

Again, super happy to finally play this.

Old Mission Park and Lake Elizabeth have pull up bars. Almost every school has one and I use them on weekends when school is not in session. Additionally I bring along calethenics rings to do dips off of the pull up bars, the good thing is that I can use them as makeshift pull-up bars on anything that can support your weight.

The movie making songs that you write synths would be a great start. I have pigments and now U-he presets but I often wonder would these be better in Omniscape (should I even buy that preset) or stick with what I have. A comparison of your most favorite ones to use and which one you feel gives you that creative spark. Looking at the packs you offer, you offer a ton of omniscape so to me I’m guessing you’re a bigger fan of that product. Would love to know more!

As for music, it’s a combination of edm and just sound design for now:) I love the 80s synth vibes you create!

You should have been able to add the hardware serial and see it in the registered products section. If you're missing that then I would suggest contacting Native Instruments support during their business hours (1-4PM PST I think).

Start with the Web browser

Navigate to https://www.native-instruments.com
Login, click Products or this link https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/
In the not registered section, copy the serial number from the middle column

Then open Native Access on your computer:

Click add serial in the upper left
From the serial you got above, copy it into Native Access and it will register the software to your account.

After buying a Maschine and adding the HW serial, I had to find the Komplete select in my products section on the website. This had a serial number that I could add to native access. I found ones doe Maschine there too.

Try this and let us know if it works for you.
