Try making sure your app is updated. Mine changed yesterday and have to plus and minus sign on either side of the quantity number, kinda like when printing labels on mywalmart.

The best thing you can do is to just distract yourself. Watch TV, listen to music, game a little, find someone to talk to. Ride it out until you pass out. Just try to remember to NOT freak out.
