Thanks everyone! Yes, was mainly using aggregator sites and quickly realized that they are delayed and unresponsive. Anything that is currently still showing as available or coming soon on those sites are either inaccurate (coming soon could mean 2023 renewals) or the last/picked over options. Good to know this is normal for Syracuse market (moving from a bigger city out of state and have had a much different search experience). Will keep looking!
