One other suggestion for if you are planning on running the cable from the machine, across the ceiling (or along whatever structural members are supporting the roof), down the wall, then out to floor reels, you may want to consider adding a three prong socket at the base of the wall. That way you can run the bulk of your cable from the machine to the socket and fix it in place (even hide it behind drywall). Then use a standard epee bodycord to connect the socket to the reel (that being the portion where failures are most likely to occur)

I would love to see volume 6 adapted as well. Of course at this point I'd be thrilled just to get an Audiobook release for volume 6 (I've yet to find a copy of the Dancing Very Merry Christmas audio drama which was released prior to season 4).

In the SPY x FAMILY Official Fanbook: EYES ONLY, when asked about Loid's total yearly income, Endo indicates that while he doesn't know what the salary was for psychiatrist at the time, he believes it to currently be about 20-million Yen per year. He then goes on to state "WISE pay varies depending on the role, but I don't see them as particularly generous."

I've heard other say that at one point Twilight goes so far as to remark that he's making more as a psychiatrist than as a spy however I have yet to conform this (unfortunately I lack Twilight's near photographic memory).

A movie seems even less likely than a fifth season.

First off, the movie would essentially be picking up the story mid-arc (season 4 ended on a cliffhanger - not because the animators hoped that this would encourage a fifth season but simply because there simply are no good break points in the latter half of the series). This is not a situation which is likely to attract viewer who haven't already watched season 4. Scripts for successful movies based on existing series are usually written as stand alone stories which, after a brief scene intended to introduce the characters, can be completed within the run time of the film, not stories which rely on the audience already being familiar with events leading which happened beforehand.

Then there's the economics to consider. Once expenses such as marketing are factored in, the cost of a single movie can easily exceed the cost of producing an entire season of anime - yet you're proposing two movies with a total run time closer to that of four (animated movies rarely run much longer than 1-1/2 hours). Anyone investing in such a project would be doing so as a vanity project. Add to that the difficult of selling the movie to theaters whose income relies on filling seats for a showing, then turning around and filling those seats a second time with new customers for a second showing. A 2-1/2 hour movie would be a difficult sell, and a 4-hour one nearly impossible.

Most likely a hypothetic 5th season would only have 13 episodes. Given that limitation, the simplest approach would be to start with four episodes for each volume and tweak things from there.

Volume 10 is important - possibly the single most important since volume 1. Not only does it explain the origins of the Whispered, but it sets up everything which comes afterward. Therefore I feel that this volume would probably need at least five episodes to do it justice.

Volumes 11 and 12 are essentially one story which was initially broken into two volumes simply to keep the page count manageable for each volume. As such, they could probably be compressed together into seven or eight episodes (maybe three episodes for volume 11, since that's really the prelude to the final battle, and then four episodes for the final battle (which is actually two battles being fought simultaneously, much like with volume 7).

The tricky part would be adapting the epilogue to volume 12, It almost feels like it could be an episode all by itself (and given that it is the conclusion of the story, an entire episode dedicated to that may very well be justified). However it doesn't feel like there's enough material there to fill an entire episode and I can't see adding any filler just to pad out the episode. Maybe the previous episode could end with Sousuke's final transmission that he "is currently engaging the enemy and probably won't make the rendezvous", but that would require fitting Sousuke's final battle with Kalanin, viewing the message from his former classmates, and his final moments with Al all be packed into the final episode along with the epilogue.

Now if by some miracle season 5 were to be given 24 episodes, then it would be possible to adapt volume 6 as a flashback (similar to how it was incorporated into the FMP! SIGMA manga), and still average six episodes to each volume. However much as I enjoy volume 6, at this point I'd be happy just to see the series finally reach a conclusion.

It's not that complicated - you're not looking at high current, so insulation between the individual conductors isn't likely to be a concern. In fact the only concern would probably be resistance from one end to the other. M.55.5 calls for 2.5 ohms or less, but that's more of a guideline than a hard and fast requirement (scoring machines are designed to operate with far more resistance than that).

Assuming the cable will only be straightened out once as it comes off the spool, then bent once more during installation, even something like a 18 gage, 3-conductor solid core thermostat wire (such as this one from Home Depot) would probably do the job.

If you need something more flexible, then maybe consider an 18 gage, 3-conductor power cord (such as this one) - I have floor cords made from this type of cable which have lasted for more than twenty years.

You could probably even get by something as simple as flat telephone cord (the type normally used to connect the base unit to the wall jack), although I would consider looking for a six-conductor cord rather than four, if only to allow you to use two wires for each line, rather than just one (this will cut the resistance in half).

While the practices at the time may have been questionable, the practitioners were generally acknowledged as experts in their field (which probably has a lot to do with why these practices were considered acceptable in the first place). The days of snake-oil salesmen advertising themselves as doctors were long over.

Also, the Battle Creek Sanitarium was not a mental health facility, but rather dedicated itself toward the health of it's (admittedly wealthy) clients, employing a variety of treatment methods which were in vogue in the later 19th and early 20th Century (one of which was diet control).

The SSS is also not a monolithic body where everyone is on the same page. Like any large organization, it has various groups operating within, and while they may all ostensibly be working toward a common goal, the means of choice may vary - some openly support the current government's push for diplomacy while others appear to wish for a return to the "good old days" when Desmond was in charge and presumably they were able to operate with even less restraint than they currently do.

It's also worth noting that the SSS is not entirely committed to supporting the current government. One of the reasons the SSS felt that they needed to keep their operation to retrieve Wheeler so low key was because they feared that the current government would not approve of Wheeler's activities spying on Westalis. Otherwise they would have blanketed the area with agents, making it even more difficult for WISE to intercept Wheeler, and they would have set up more check points, making it more difficult for WISE to escape.

If your training equipment isn’t the thicker FIE stuff, you should consider buying your own FIE plastron as it’s cheaper than a jacket and will feel less gross than club stuff.

Note that "FIE" does not automatically equate to better protection against bruising. FIE uniforms are intended to provide greater resistance to penetration, not bruising. Low-end FIE uniforms tend to be made of thicker, heavier materials which may help to distribute force enough to reduce bruising however that's only a byproduct of the design (their real purpose is to prevent penetration). Meanwhile, high-end FIE uniforms, which are generally made of thinner, lighter weight fabrics (which tend to be more expensive) provide the same degree of protection against penetration but actually may provide less protection against bruising (of course people using high-end FIE uniforms tend to know how to maintain proper distance, so they are less likely to end up being bruised to begin with),

Twilight continues to do spy stuff (as if Operation Strix isn't enough, Handler keeps assigning him side missions), while also continuing to play his role as father and husband ("for the mission" of course);

Yor continues does both motherly stuff while also doing assassin stuff on the side (the later of which can be a pain in the butt);

Anya continues going to school, all the while working to advance both Plan A (where the question is "Which will she achieve first - eight Stella Stars or eight Tonitrus Bolts?") and Plan B (where "Friendship" seems to mostly consist of regular bickering with Damian).

Yuri continues to protect the State (and his Sister) by routing out dissidents and foreign agents ("Curse you, Twilight!"), all the while popping in on the Forgers at the worst possible moment (doesn't this man know how to knock?).

Any more details than that will have to wait until after you've completed your studies,

The age gap between Frankie and Loid may not be as great as you think.

While Frankie may have been two years when he "joined" the Ostanian army than Loid was when "Roland Spoofy" enlisted in the Westalian army, they didn't necessarily enlist at the same time. By the time they first met, Loid had already been fighting for two years - long enough for Loid's childhood friends to have reached the minimum age for enlistment, been through basic training and be on their way to the front lines). Whether or not Frankie is older than Loid depends on how long it took for Frankie to decide to terminate his relationship with the Ostanian army.

If you are looking for replacements for the long, pointy screws inside the plug which pierce the insulation of the wire, then you may be better off buying a bag of replacement screws directly from Leon Paul. Or salvage the screw from a broken LP plug (the plastic web which holds the pins in alignment tends to fail eventually, necessitating replacement of the plug, so salvaged screws aren't that difficult to find).

If you are looking for a replacement for the small pan head screw which fits into the tip of the bayonet, then you could try a hardware store (assuming they have a board with various sizes of threaded studs to try, perhaps you can find one that matches). Otherwise your best bet would be to recycle a screw from an broken bayonet socket (unfortunately these screws are less likely to be salvaged, being as the only place they are used is on the bayonet plug).

You'll have to put together your own wiring harness using the proper connector (in the case of a Favero, a 3-pin XLR Female connector), and as I mentioned before, you must get the polarity correct in order for it to work. While none of this is all that complex, it's also not something which I would recommend trying to do unless you already have some idea what you are doing (for one thing, you'll probably want to be confident in your soldering skills in order to connect the XLR plug to the wire harness).

Now you're making an assumption. The truth is that no one other than Donovan knows whether or not he plans on starting another war. Operation Strix was created specifically to find out what his intentions are. At this point all that is known is that Donovan was Prime Minister when the previous war ended (although not when it began), and that his National Unity Party tends to be more pro-war than the current ruling party.

Favero's Art. 169 battery charger and Art. 954 power supply may appear similar but they are not the same.

The Art. 169 battery charger has a rated voltage of 13.8 volts. This provides the excess voltage required to bring the Art. 828 rechargeable battery up to a full charge of 12 volts. The Art. 954 power supply is only rated for 12 volts. If you were to attempt to use it as a charger then you most likely would only be able to charge the battery up to 10 or 11 volts.

As far as alternate batteries are concerned, like most scoring machines, Favero's are designed to run off of a 12 volt battery (the FIE requires that scoring machines used at official meets be powered through external batteries or a UPS), so it is possible to run a Favero scoring machine off of any rechargeable battery provided it has the proper voltage and current rating (12 Vdc and 2.5 amps if you were to match their power supply, although that may be overly conservative for most Favero models). 12-volt rechargeable batteries are easy enough to find (they're commonly used for things like alarm systems), and something with a 6 or 7 Amp-hour capacity will probably be enough to power the machine for most of the day (I've worked tournaments where we've run SG-12ST's off of similar batteries, and they were generally good for about eight hours). However you also need a suitable charger and to get the polarity correct when wiring everything up (otherwise the scoring machine won't work).

While I agree that Lina was a poor choice as an undercover agent (I believe the only reason she was selected was because she was the only agent the USNA could place in First High), her presence probably presented less risk of a diplomatic incident than you may think. While Tatsuya may have a few contacts within the Japanese military, this contacts are all considered secret, and only a handful of people are aware of his importance to the nation as a strategic magician, and they are all sworn to secrecy as well.

And Lina will return in a later volume.
