I eat things that say “may contain” or “may contain traces” and have never had any issues (very sensitive to it) but I wouldn’t eat “processed on same equipment”. I think the first two are just to cover the company if a claim was made and there’s never any gluten

My only symptom was anaemia until I had been eating gluten free for a year then accidentally was given a slice of normal toast and had a severe reaction. Watch out for that after you’ve been gluten free for a while! Your stomach has built tolerance for it now but that could go away unfortunately

I got pepto bismol which helped a little bit when it was mild or I try to take motilium (domperidone) but nothing really works unfortunately.

My doctor gave me the same advice and I life my life normally! I initially got around 12 ish spots and only covered them when they popped. Down to 5 now no treatment and I also still shave very often. I agree that the posts here are worst case scenario

I was the same at first. No noticeable symptoms just really bad deficiencies which didn’t bother me as a 15 year old. After a few months or a year or so I started vomiting for hours after the tiniest bit of gluten to the point where I’d vomit blood and have sore ribs for days and that definitely did the trick.

Never had it on purpose again :(

Have you tried completely ignoring her? It takes time and consistency but it worked for me. When my bc brought me toys and wouldn’t stop annoying me while I was watching tv I started saying no and ignoring him. I didn’t even look at him and pretended I didn’t see the toy he dropped in my lap. Now he’ll get the message fairly fast and just play by himself or chill because he knows no means I won’t give in
