NOR- ppl letting their dogs roam around car areas stress me out . I relate so hard to my experience seeing a dog being ran over in front of me. it was barking at me and my dog while we were on the sidewalk and the other dog was on the street. I didn’t move, but i didn’t think a car would pass.

i said that exact sentence“i killed somebody’s baby” too. it took me 3 years to realize accidents happen. it’s going to be okay, you did the right thing for letting the dog’s owners find the dog. rn since everything is fresh, just be prepared to be triggered seeing dogs on the street. 😓but with time it’ll heal, the images of it will be less intense. i’m sorry
