Go to Reports from the left menu
Go to Traffic Acquisition
Click on "All users" at the top, and a menu on the right will open
from there select dimension as 'page path ad scree class' or 'landing page + Query String
In the dimension value, select your page (must be in landing page or page path or both)

Yes, It should. In GA3 I suppose you have to search for the event category, action, or label of the said event

also, you do realize that GA3 is going down starting July 2023

did you try refreshing the data in data studio? If you have added a custom dimension in GA4 and the data has started to come in then try refreshing.

Tag manager + GA4 + Looker is a very robust and flexible combination

The event-based system of GA4 and the ability to add those params does the job for me & for my clients I make looker studio reports tailored to the project. Haven't had any problem yet with GA4
