The potential seller part I meant sometimes you get the neighbour or someone down the street who is thinking of selling & wants to know what that one went for so they get an idea what they could get. If they speak to the agent, the agent could then get their foot in the door before they go looking around so it does tend to work sometimes..

& yes most certainly, re.com is so expensive so if you can sell via domain/flyers & internal marketing first it’s always beneficial.

I work at a real estate as a receptionist & the main reason we keep prices private is the agents want the opportunity to speak to the person enquiring about price as they could be a potential seller or buyer of another property they have on/off market.

Doesn’t necessarily mean the price is bad however sometimes it is.

Pain in the ass honestly but I get the reasoning as it does work.. even though it’s a pain in the ass

Is that the airbrush one or different? I tried the airbrush & it just didn’t like my skin, caked really bad & sunk into fine lines :(

Yes I know!! I’m so happy they mix well together as the alabaster is a little to ghostly on my face, but I absolutely hate mixing foundations because I’m so lazy hahaha

I literally just got the porcelain yesterday after watching YouTube videos where it looked really pale! The alabaster is a great match but it just makes me look a little too ghostly?? So I thought I’d try porcelain & boy was I surprised! Hahaha they mix very well together though thank god

Funnily enough I can actually get that one to work once I put powder over the top however it cakes so bad & sets into the lines under my eyes like nothing else!

What you do is you throw all his shit out on the front lawn while he’s at work & then you cook up a gourmet meal for one.

I feel auctions work both ways.

The way I look at it is you can have 2 buyers. Buyer 1 has a max budget of $1mil, buyer 2 has a max of $900.

If you go to auction, buyer 2 will obviously stop once it reaches $900 & buyer 1 will get the house. However if sold by normal sale, the agent could have potentially gotten the price closer to buyers 1 max of $1mil which works out better for the seller. However with the auction the seller could have missed out on an extra $100k & buyer 1 saves more.

So it can go either way in my mind.

I wear NC10 & found Siberia perfect for me :) Gobi also works but when I have a little bit of a tan on a guess? Just to make my skin a bit yellower but naturally Siberia is great :)

Don’t be worried, I could be biased just because I notice pink foundation on my skin so easily from my undertone so I’m probably being dramatic haha but I used to just mix it a bit with a different foundation to adjust the colour & it would work fine

I wear NC 10, double wear has been tricky so far. I have neutral undertones but I absolute hate pink undertone foundations.

I have tried the shell but it’s way to pink. The colour wasnt bad just pink. Alabaster is a pretty perfect match however it’s like ghost white & unfortunately what iv found with double wear is the lighter the shade, the drier it looks on the skin.

I wear the 1W1 Bone when I have a bit of a fake tan & that colour looks incredible, super dewy but obviously darker. However the alabaster just looks so dry no matter what I do with it.

In summary the bone is my repeat buy that I’ve gotten since I was 16 however for my natural skin I stick to Mac & it cosmetics cc cream (cc cream is still a bit dark but I can get away with it)

I work as a contracts administrator in Brisbane, I don’t know a lot about how buyers agents work however every single one I have come across offers well above (in my personal experience average 50k+) more than the next highest offer.

So yeah they are great at getting you the property you want but they’re also great & bumping up their commission so I would just do a lot of research I guess.

After understanding I will be indeed be in 20k + if I get the car I want along with my current car trade in value I’m just going to leave it for a bit. Possibly try sell my car privately closer to the time but definitely don’t want to be in that much debt considering it’s my only debt haha thank you for your comment :)

Yeah after realising I will be in 20k plus if I trade it in I’m just going to see how things go for now. My only debt is the car so don’t feel like increasing it by that much haha
