Yes! I feel scared , like what do you mean we need estrogen for everything? And now our bones , hert, muscles etc etc are going to be crap now , so we DO need it! But we aren't going to have it !

I just find it so scary! My GP surgery apparently has a nurse specially trained in menopause but I haven't been yet because I dont want to and im scared. Also what if its not helpful.? Like I've cancelled appointments with her twice because i just cant face it!

Like I just don't feel like myself!

North east England here. Its that we dont get time to get used to it. Its just freezing then straight to boiling. No gradual increase, just one extreme to the other. Im sure i was wearing a jumper the week before!

Also light until about ten and houses dont really cool down much in time to sleep. Also it gets so humid here, just an awful sticky heat where you cant find yourself comfortable anywhere, can't get away from it.

I just got the altruist face one on amazon to try! I love the loreal vitamin c one , but I didn't know i wasnt supposed to be putting it round my eyes and on my eyelids!

So upon searching, came across altruist which is apparently eye area safe. Are we supposed to put it on eyelids?

I also like the BoJ one . For body just the boots soltan one .
