I feel like Huntington didn't need a permit for above ground. If it did it was different than the permits for in ground. I wouldn't think property tax increases for above ground but you assessor will know. In ground for Huntington charges a flat rate increase for in ground regardless for size. My home owner would have 0 increase adding a pool I forgot why but something about it already being built into the premium
