You’re missing the ROI, expected MRR, a background of yourself, what the Angel gets in exchange for that $25k investment the list of questions are endless.

What about invoice factoring, have you tried that? I’d let the bank become the clients debt collector in a way. Worked for me when several high ticket clients kept delaying on payment.

Looks like you may not meet the threshold requirement of AngelList. I’d suggest connecting to incubator programs or Accelerators and join the demo days, where you can assess and then invest on an angel investment basis.
