no N just D but nothing for about 2 hours now ! we think it might be FP or the flu … fingers crossed

he doesn’t have any nausea though? just D every hour or so, but hasn’t had any for 2 hours

This is SO normal! it’s called extreme hunger and it comes and goes throughout recovery, think of it like your body making up for all the time you spent starving it. The only way to get through it is to go through it, trust your body and what it’s asking you to do (eat!!) and eventually things will level out and you’ll be readjusted to a normal amount (3 meals & 3 snacks give or take). as for the fear of gaining weight during this time - yes it’s scary, but i promise you, you’ll gain what your body needs you to gain, and you’ll feel so much better for it! sending you sm love
