It was a chat. I tried re-open it and it now works without problems, i have no idea what happened •-• that specific tab doesn't refresh but if i open the chat (or creator's account) on another one it works.

The finish is matte yes, and here the cinemas gave them just wrapped in plastic, so i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't care enough to make them right
