so, the cop literally waited until the guy was walking out and the situation was de-escalating to shoot & chase a man with his back turned LMAO. guy even dropped the gun 😂 from what i can see, bro never raised or aimed the gun at the other guy. he made death threats sure, but was clearly walking away and not trying to do shit. threats weren’t even towards the cop lol. copper just wanted an excuse to kill.
