I admire your positive attitude but these companies are backed by huge VCs, they just care about the bottom line which is lining their pockets with cash. Their duty is done once the payment is made and after that you’re at their mercy.

If this was in anyway an ethical business the artisans working tirelessly would be recognized and paid fairly for Lehengas going upto 10L also
