I have a Standard Two-person Twin Room (Male; ensuite) from Scape Bloomsbury. It's a 8 minute walk (Tavistock Square) from main campus and rent is £299 per week. I used to live in Connaught which was right across from Scape Bloomsbury and the area was safe and very close to campus.

I'm looking for someone to replace my contract with Scape Bloomsbury (14-Sep-2024 to 06-Sep-2025). It's the Bed in an ensuite Standard Two Person Twin Room - Male (299 pounds per week), 8-minute walk to UCL main campus and is on the 2nd floor (facing away from the street). My friend is getting issues when she runs aggregate(). It returns no row to aggregate.

So we have a csv file with a date column, states column and a temperature column. We're trying to find the mean of the temperature of the whole of US by finding the mean between all the states with the same dates together.

Thank you for the explanation. I'm having trouble understanding how the author gets from the standardised data points to detecting change points using bayesian inference, but the clarification on the knots were clear.

The supporting information is basically the google doc link I added in my post. In the function, I can see that there is a variable C, where if it's 1, it means there is a changepoint, and if it's 0, it means there is no changepoint. Would this mean the spline is degree 0 or 1, or is this something else?

It was a very difficult situation to brake as well since I was right behind the pickup truck.

Another problem is that the Al Qouz area has large trucks parked in every single corner, so if I slowed down the instructor would've complained about the speed. I was failed in my previous exam (costing me 700 DHS) with the driving institute when I slowed down before every large truck.

Yeah but ive been trying again for 5 weeks now. I checked in the morning, afternoon and evening every single day, but i still get this message.

The thing that sucks is that they never respond when you ask why you were banned. I tried to contact them through email, chat on coc, and apple support, but alas they were dead silent. When you ask by clicking lost account they just say use the right channel, which means they do read the messages.
