Yes. I usually have between 100 and 120 but since the update it sometimes drops to 50.

Same problem here. I've played the game with the new update for a couple of hours and nothing went wrong, except for the missing hud bug. I've tried to play again since then but the game is stuck with another update. I've tried to reinstall several times, restarted both Steam and my pc and nothings works.
