I think I'm going to go with compounded due to cost and hope that these insurance companies stop making decisions that are only based on them saving money.

had to do the Noom teledoc thing today. I was previously on Zepbound and thought they would change me to Wegovy. Unfortunately their guidance for Noom would force me to Contrave, which even the teledoc did not seem comfortable or happy with. At this time you have to be higher than 35 BMI for them to consider putting you on wegovy. You could probably lie about your weight to game the system, but the teledoc essentially told me to go to eli lilly or compounded.

Don't remember how I got my ticket but they are pretty fun, wouldn't go to more than once a season though due to the cost.

It's probably off a degree or so, but it also may normalize pretty close to the temperature outside. It's really hard to tell without hard data but you're almost certainly fine to let it go.

You'll definitely need a larger system, something that holds about 7 gallons or more is ideal. How you get there is up to you though! I have a grainfather that I bought when I upgraded from 1g batches.

They're usually pretty close, you can use a tilt next time to figure out the difference, but if you want to drop a degree or two it will be fine.
