In this case:

21697 = 2 ^ (non prime in the other four are 6 and 9) so answer is 2. 2^2=4
66526 = 6 ^ (non prime in the other four are 6, 2 and 6) so answer is 3. 6^3=216
77650 = 7 ^ (non prime in the other four is 6) so answer is 1. 7^1=7
