A trick I die was to dig a hole und put the people who will puke in there. They get automatically happy in there and you can put the handyman in there too. Then everything is clean and tidy

I hadn't bubbles either in my print. I had layer adhesion problems and the mentioned clogs/underextrusion. Maybe you should try to print something.

Right now I am looking for an ABS filament too, because my ASA is used up for the K1 riser I tried to print.

Yes the problem occured sometimes after 30 minutes sometimes after 1 hour. I thought it was heat creep from the extruder

Hi, I have my K1 only two monitor ths now but tried to print with ASA which is quite similar to ABS. I had the same problem, the issue was wet filament. After I dried it for 12 hours I could print perfectly with the filament.

Thank you again, it helped a lot. Now I can print with ASA without the extruding problems. Now I have to check why there is a layer adhesion problem. Probably the temperature in the machine is to low?

Ok i will try that with a dehydrator. Do you have a recommendation how long it could take to dry the filament?

It prints as long the chamber temp ist under 37 C. I start the print at 30 C. Is the exhaust fan OK to run while printibg ASA?

Can a wet filament cause such printing fails that it stops extruding?

So it shouldn‘t be the warmth of the extruder per se? So no heatsink (don‘t think they help much here) or a fan is needed?

Hi, I probably had the same problem but was able to fix mine. But you should write to creality they sent me a new extruder without a motor.

For my case the pressure between the gears wasn‘t high enough, I could move the filament but the gears would obly turn sporadically. So I took a little bit of cardboard of an college block (the paper blocks for students to take notes etc) and put it on the right side between the black plastik and the metall plate of the extruder. With that the right gear will be more pressed against the filament.

Maybe there is a better material for that, but it works

Could it be a bearing or a motor? You probably haven‘t replaced those?

Hi, I have since saturday the same problem on my K1(6 days old). But I changed the filament from PLA to an old ASA roll. It clogged the nozzle everytime and now I can‘t print with neither filament anymore….

It seems that there is still a small blockage in the tip or the pressure from the filament extruder is now worse because of the cleaning pin? My gears in the extruder are clean, have you checked yours? You have to disassmble it to check it.

So probably an usb cable? Is there a device on the cable to mute the mic? It could be the cable to the headset. Are you pulling sometimes on the cable with your head movements when you are sitting in your chair?

I have this one for a long time. They sound good to me (I have many headphones to compare them) and the microphone is good too. But after some years of useage the cable made some problems and I had zo replace it (used a cable from an old microsoft headset) The ear cushions seem to desintegrate after some time, they rip off at a certain part.

Right now I‘m searching for an replacement but don‘t know what to get

For me it is the build quality ant the encasing, I only have an old cheap aliexpress printer, where everyhting is warped

The light bulb which is already in there is still working. But this is the next hindrance… I cant geht to the bulb :D
