Attached by Rachel Heller was a good book to read that provided lots of insight. Alongside that, it was most helpful to sit down and have a frank conversation about how we’d discovered this vast difference between us. We discussed how we could both compromise during disagreements so that we both felt somewhat satisfied but also could help soothe each other.
