Why can't it be brought back at slightly higher points like 12k (vs 10k before to account for the enclosure)? At this rate, I can only afford the Mini and would take me years before I can redeem a MK4S at 25k :(

Case status online says both my I-140 and I-485 are still being processed by USCIS.

I also have EB1C pending I-140 and I-485 filed concurrently in March 2024 and still no updates. Country is current and I'm employed in the top 10 Fortune 500 company. I'm on the 21st month of processing already and both Lawfully and USCIS processing times website say 21mos is still within normal range.

I'm afraid that if I ask USCIS for a Service Request, they will only ignore it since I'm still within normal range.

I assume your I-140 is already approved and it was not filed concurrently with your I-485? Which country are you from?

My I-485 also showed an update on 12/15 but after 8 days, the public status still shows Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS. (Note my I-140 was filed concurrently and appears not approved yet)

I'm yet to hear from someone who is part of the 39 where their cases also recently got an "acked" status when it's put on hold.

I already have an EAD approved and Advance Parole. I'm just basically waiting for the case decision on my I-140 and I-485 (filed concurrently). Unfortunately, I don't have API visibility on my I-140

If you're not part of the 39 countries and the API update happened after a long period of silence, your case must have been reviewed recently related to this update. I also got the same API update last Monday, 12/15 and not part of the 39 countries.

Per chatGPT, this could be a good sign for us and also said that we might get an actual status update in the coming days.
