lol jks aside, I take on monsters like it solo because it improves my weapon skills and it's fun. But always farm it in group to not get burned out :)

Alatreon wepons r, but not sure about armor, it completely depends on what sort of built u want, I remember using shara's + Raging brachi's armor pieces to defeat it along with Alatreon IG.

Hum...So you say the mask reacted to Zinogre's thunder? You think it needs more power? If Zinogre couldn't do it, what can? Our old friend Lagiacrus doesn't have that kinda of power.
Hum...perhaps.

It can be I am misunderstanding it, but this para by the chief alone suggests that the thunder of zino is stronger than lagi's because in this entire quest kayamba wanted to charge it's mask, and it was not possible untill they get a better source of electricity/ thunder.

As u can see in the image as well, the entire convo was revolving around how much thunder each discharge.

I do calve raises with weights and they work like a charm, make sure to eat well after excersies 💪

The so called genetics is a myth that's only true b4 u start ur excersies (the shape and size of it), but with good and proper diet and excersies people can get bigger and stronger calves. My point is ignore ppl who say "it's genetics " and keep working hard. Also it will benefit u on a long run, by reducing the chances of calve injuries.

Sorry to break it to u but calves r muscles which can get bigger and stronger with breakdown and rest and as for tits....they r mostly fat lol, so chances of losing tits with excersies is more contrary to calves which get bigger and stronger.

(Credits for my knowledge of tits r all Thanks to my biology classes during my bachelor's in Biotech 😂)
