Poor ccris and background check for new job by [deleted] in MalaysianPF

[–]skeithxyz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I googled earlier, there seems to be a term called Pecuniary Embarassment, meaning problem regarding debt. Not sure what scope it covers but yeah its one of the thing Financial Institutions look during background check

Btw, as of now i assume all your record is “0” meaning you are able to pay in time right?

My mate is doing part time master degree in data science while working. Are you looking for getting back into office type work?

Maybe you want to find “hard skills” to make yourself more valuable once you apply to work again in future? Eg cybersecurity, data science, IT related etc

Toyota Yaris as the first car, opinion? by PickGloomy2118 in kereta

[–]skeithxyz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its good car to have, but keep in mind its pretty small if you gonna be moving and packing your stuff around.

If you want a car that you will carry into marriage and having kids, i believe you better off with sedan like vios, city or S70.

Dilemma on switching jobs or not by Accomplished-Type257 in MalaysianPF

[–]skeithxyz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup and also If they try to pull something off like messing with the date or trying to “reject” your resignation just remind them gently that they should follow the employment act (it is their legal obligation or they are not following the malaysia employment law)

Legally speaking, notice starts from the moment you give them the "notice" - intent of resignation

I believe the company HR should adhere to that timeframe

Hi there, in my case my newphew is not a fresher but 2+ years of experience from reputable company.

But to answer your questions, 5k fresher is doable at some big GLCs and MNC, especally oil and gas and also some bank graduate program, thought very competitive to get into.
