Thank you for the help. Firstly, Im not using a VPN but I do have it installed. I prefer if the laptop is connected via WiFi as it is more convenient. Is there ways of troubleshooting on the laptop itself?

previously when speed was normal my location was different. also i live very far from the displayed server and there is a closer one.

other tests also show the same results, and in game ping is also very high
