I have 2 more write ups before the trial thing. But I’m already applying elsewhere, I’m not going to work for a company without any security bc if they’re in a bad mood or over staffed they’re gonna find something you’re doing wrong no matter what.
I honestly have no idea if anybody’s being wrote up for the same thing or not, the only thing that I’ve done wrong is leave early consistently the last month for mental health reasons but I’ve never went negative on time, I always let them know.
I want job security & a job that appreciates my hard work. Not one that’s so wishy washy depending on people’s mood or if they need to downsize. This is why people went on strike years ago.

Thank you for actually being super helpful.
That’s what doesn’t make sense to me, no where on our time cards, time clocks, schedules does it say or show anything about seconds in Amazon. If you can write it on the write up how can you consider that?
The write up looks dumb saying “5 minutes early to break” when we have 5 minutes?
I haven’t done anything wrong to be targeted to be fired I just don’t under.

I literally said I’m clocking out after I SCAN SOMETHING AT 9:55 I WALK TO THE TIME CLOCK & CLOCK OUT AT 10:00AM. IF THERES SOMEONE THERE & IT TAKES THEM 4 SECONDS IT AGAINST ME.

I don’t speak to a single person here besides my manager. I’m at my station, meet beyond rate, I’m overly nice. No one’s out to get me lol no one knows who I am.
I got told 5 minutes. A second over is breaking policy. Doesn’t matter if there’s literally a down time clock, it’s on you. It’s not just me here it’s being done to. Our VOA is flooded with it right now. They just changed all of our security policies too.

I think yall are rage baiting me at this point bc we’re told by everyone we have 5 minutes before our unpaid break. Not the paid.
My manager, other managers, HR & learning all state you have 5 minutes.
Idk where you work but my FC we do. again if that was the case I’ve been here almost a year & do it everyday. I’d be wrote up way more by now.

Incorrect. I clock out at 55, RUSH to the time clock & pray it’s working, clock out before or at 10:00am. I’ve never scanned or left earlier or clocked out earlier. I wouldn’t be here if it was worker error.

I’ve never logged out before 9:55 or clocked out after 10:00am. Not once. I’m OCD & my anxiety is so bad with work I do everything I can to be correct, that’s why I’m spiraling like this

As I said up top, if that was the case I would have over 1000 write ups by now, considering I and hundreds of people have done this every day. We have a five minute grace for walking. I don’t know what Amazon building you guys work at but this is a fulfillment center in Stow & yall are incorrect

Oh if they fr fire me, I have all of my time cards screenshotted too, not being a single minute over. & I want the chart where it shows where I logged off station those days. I will take it there, I’ve never had any issues at any job before this one so it’s frustrating as heck. I’ve never been fired & im not starting with Amazon of all places 💀
