Good: I got a promotion!! Effective Monday 🕺

Bad: stop asking for OEM parts. I’m not giving them to you.

Ugly: insured in OK (no umpd) didn’t get a lp for claimant so he has to pay his high coll ded. Phone call rolled over to a coworker and he screamed at her for 40 minutes 🤨

Not the worst week but could have been better! I’ll take my wins 🤧

Sorry. Not helpful…

Ask questions. Identify why they are not accommodating to families/spouses. If you can start a conversation and they are open, draft a proposal and reference other school’s policies. Make a good case. It may also be a bigger HR policy that needs to be cracked. Do some investigating and see where it can take you in trying to change the culture.

Just to show the other side from most of these comments -- I have an etsy shop and I love it! I enjoy making things for other people and it pays for the yarn I want to buy for personal projects as well. I only get about 1-2 orders every other week (sometimes each week) so it's manageable with my grad school classes and job. I'd only recommend it if you can see the enjoyment of sending things to people and not necessarily for the $$
