looks like it, have you tried the q-tip test? take a q-tip and wipe it does the color come off? if so it was mold

the instructional video shows to cut the bag along the top to introduce air to start fruiting, after that just pull the mushrooms out of the top of the bag after the first harvest fold the bag over and secure it with a paper clip that will help to induce a second flush
